Welcome/Bienvenue !

My name is Ashley Park (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a French Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My approach centers in person centered care while drawing from a variety of other evidence-based modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). 

I am passionate about supporting individuals aged 18 and older, including older adults. I work with clients experiencing a variety of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, life transitions, dementia and caregiver support.

I believe in collaboration, warmth and a welcoming space where trust can flourish inviting you to be your authentic self. You're not in this alone, whenever you're ready, we can take that first step together.
