Welcome/Bienvenue !

My name is Ashley Park (She, Her, Elle), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a French Honours Bachelor of Arts, specializing in Psychology, from Laurentian University, along with a Certificate of Bilingualism. I also hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

My focus is in supporting individuals aged 18 and above, including older adults. My goal regarding any therapeutic journey is to create a warm, open and collaborative space where trust and comfort can flourish, allowing you to express your true self and to foster a meaningful connection.

My dedication to mental health care is rooted in a person-centered approach. I view you as the expert of your own life and I believe it’s important to tailor therapeutic methods to your unique experiences and goals.
