Rae-Anne Neville, R.P
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Hello!
My name is Rae-Anne Neville (she, her), and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I am passionate about helping adults and teenagers by taking a collaborative approach to therapy. I am committed to creating a space of warmth, openness, and non-judgment, and strive to foster an environment where you feel comfortable and supported to be uniquely you.
I work from a person-centred, neuroscience-informed perspective and believe each person is the expert on their own life. I take an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory-informed interventions. My goal is to help you understand why you think, feel, and behave the way you do, and to support compasion, regulation, and meaningful change.
I have experience working with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, relationship conflicts, Borderline Personality Disorder, grief and loss, stress and burnout, self-esteem and identity concerns, perfectionism, and people-pleasing patterns.
I know it can be challenging to reach out; I have been there too, and am grateful for the opportunity to work with you on your therapeutic journey.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
