My name is Rae-Anne Neville (she, her), and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

I am passionate about helping individuals, families and couples by prioritizing a collaborative approach to therapy. I am committed to creating a space of warmth, openness and non-judgment and strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable and supported to be uniquely you.

I work from a client-centered perspective and believe each person is the expert on their own life. I have an integrative approach and use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).I have experience working with various challenges and presenting concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, intimate relationships, abuse, self-esteem, trauma, perinatal and fertility challenges, and grief.

I know it can be challenging to reach out; I have been there too, and am so grateful for the opportunity to work with you throughout your therapeutic journey.
